These Terms govern your use of VitalBridge Collective services, including courses, downloadable materials, and community features. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us of unauthorized use immediately. You must be at least 16 years old to use our services.
3. Payments and refunds
- Self-paced courses: full refund within 7 days if under 20% progress
- Cohort/Bootcamp: full refund up to 7 days before start; partial thereafter
- Taxes and payment fees shown at checkout where applicable
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse services, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe on others’ rights. Respect community guidelines and local laws.
5. Intellectual property
Course materials are licensed for your individual use. You may not redistribute or resell materials without written permission. All trademarks, including “VitalBridge Collective,” belong to their owners.
6. Disclaimers
Courses provide educational content, not legal, medical, or financial advice. Outcomes depend on your context, constraints, and execution. We make no guarantees of specific results.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, excluding its conflicts of law rules. Venue lies in San Francisco, CA.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
